The Firm was founded in January 2008 as an independent practice specialised, through the history, experience and professional training of its members, in commercial law, employment law, public and private contracts, administrative law and urban planning law.
Our clients are Italian and foreign companies, leaders in their respective markets. We also assist small and medium-sized enterprises and private individuals facing complex problems or disputes.
Our primary aim is to listen to and satisfy the client, resolving the problem and ensuring the solution that best suits their needs. The legal view of the problem is always accompanied by an overall assessment of the aspects involved, including the economic perspective.

Environment and Energy
assistance in granting integrated environmental authorisation, single environmental authorisation, environmental impact assessment and strategic environmental assessment. Advice on structuring energy investment projects, in relation to traditional and renewable sources.
Public contracts and concessions
assistance to private companies in the process of concluding and executing contracts with public authorities (concessions, works contracts, services and supplies, public-private partnerships, project financing).
Business contracts
assistance in the drafting, negotiation and execution of business contracts such as works and service contracts, distribution, agency, lease, consultancy, general sales and purchase conditions, joint ventures and, in general, any commercial agreement relating to the operation of the company. Ongoing assistance in ordinary commercial practice.
Litigation and debt collection
litigation in civil and administrative courts is conducted, following prior examination and in-depth analysis of the issues to be dealt with and discussion with the client. Once started, the process is subject to constant monitoring. The recovery of complex debts, including transactional debts, concludes the profile of the litigation sector.

assistance and consultancy in the field of employment law (disciplinary proceedings; individual dismissals, including managers and directors); agency and trade representation office contracts, relationships with management.

Drafting and negotiation of complex urban plans and projects in procedures regarding the redevelopment and restoration of dilapidated buildings and abandoned areas. Andrea Arioli
Andrea graduated from the State University of Milan with a thesis in private international law. He began his professional career in 1992 at a prestigious Milan law firm. In 1998 he founded his law firm and in 2008 he established the Ars law firm.
Highly versatile in litigation, Andrea is admitted to the higher courts and assists clients facing ordinary civil and employment Tribunals and arbitration boards, occasionally acting as arbitrator.
He has particular experience in the project financing sector, both public (health, etc.) and private (renewable energy), as well as in public contracts.
He has dealt with complex corporate and real estate operations, as well as commercial law with particular reference to commercial contracts (agency, distribution, guarantees, works and service contracts, etc.) and to construction contracts for buildings and renewable energy production plants.
He has also gained significant experience in the field of employment law by assisting companies and private individuals with the dismissal of managers and directors.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of CEG s.p.a. electricity generation companies (revenue 15 million) and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of engineering services companies.
He worked, for several years, as a contributor to the legal construction magazine, “Rivista Giuridica dell’Edilizia”.

Pietro Carlo Sironi
Piercarlo is authorised to practise in the High Courts and has acted as arbitrator in arbitration proceedings on numerous occasions.
After graduating from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, with a thesis on urban planning law, he worked with leading Milanese law firms specialised in administrative law. He served as a public official for the Lombardy Regional Presidency, before going on to become a partner in leading international firms.
From 2007 to 2012 he was an urban planning officer for a medium-sized council of the Province of Milan
He has extensive experience in the field of administrative law, particularly within the sectors of urban planning, construction, public procurement and the health sector, through his consultancy activities for of public authorities and private subjects, and also through his assistance in related litigation cases before the Regional Administrative Court and the Council of State.
His focal discipline is territorial governance, where he practises legal consultancy in the drafting and negotiation of complex urban plans and programs, in the procedures of redevelopment and recovery of dilapidated buildings and abandoned areas. He has worked as a legal consultant for numerous urban construction development projects aimed at establishing residential, commercial, office and reception premises.
He has been a member of the urban planning Evaluation Unit (P.I.I., etc.) for several city councils and contributed to the drafting of the Framework Document for the urban planning policies of various Lombardy Councils.
